Collier Ulrich asked Soler Architecture to help him re-create the feel of an East Coast sandwich shop with a Spanish flair on trendy and bustling Melrose Avenue.
The 1980s-era storefront was converted into a traditional façade more typical of old New York than modern Los Angeles. The atmosphere carries through to the interior with large crown moldings and coved ceilings. Mediterranean patterns and artwork help bring a warmth to the space that reflects the flavors featured in the boutique sandwiches.
